ARSENAL
They are items that are in the camp arsenal and any camper has access to use them during missions, sagas or inside the camp itself for training.
They are items in the arsenal as well, but they are only available to campers with an important position in the camp, namely: Rank's A, small council members, chalet advisers and the camp leader, however there is a rule, if a camp camper X are using one of these items, another camper from that same camp will not be able to use it in that particular one, as they are limited.
