THE ICE GIANT

HISTORY

Imer, Ymir, Ymer or Ímer, according to Norse mythology , was the first living creature, created directly from Ginungagap by the warmth of Muspelheim and the ice of Niflheim , which melted and the drops gave rise to the giant ancestor of the creatures of the universe; who slept and from his sweat all beings were born, including demons and goblins, called Trolls [1] .

CHILDREN OF ymir

Appearance: Ymir's children do not have a fixed appearance, ranging from a fair-skinned blonde to a red-haired brunette, being one of the oldest beings in all Norse mythology and not having a fully human appearance, it is impossible to decide this, however , their children have the characteristic of when their irises are fanned to acquire a light blue color, even emitting a certain glow in dark places.

Personality: Ymir's children are extremely cold, which makes them in a state of constant boredom and not fearing anything. Their coldness allows them to act without distinction and pity, sometimes such offspring can act in an evil way. They also have the absorption of kinetic impact and kinetic energy, which allows them to absorb energy from attacks used against them and return them in later attacks, however, depending on the power of Ymir's son and his opponent, he may not have enough power to withstand certain blows.

 

Level 251-300: At their peak, Ymir's children are able to ignore the gravitational pull for some time. They can also reach intangible / mimicked beings or inhabit another dimensional plane, like the souls themselves. Being children of the primordial Ice Giants they will have characteristics and abilities related to their father's titles.

They have the ability to see heat waves after focusing on your eyes, then identifying sources of heat and cooler places. They also have a high regenerative capacity, but at this level it is limited to relatively minor injuries, such as not very deep cuts or burns of up to third degree.

 

Level 21-40: They then acquire self-support, the ability to survive on humanly necessary nutrients, that is, surviving without oxygen, without having to eat or even sleep. They acquire the ability to sense and track smells in the air within a radius of 500m from where they are, memorized them quickly, also being able to hear low and high frequency sounds within a radius of 500m. Its regeneration receives improvements, becoming capable of regenerating small destroyed limbs such as ears, fingers and etc. They will rebuild muscle and bone connections in no more than a few minutes, but being a painful process for the offspring.

Its regeneration starts to allow the recreation of destroyed limbs in a few seconds, if they have been severed and are within 10m of the body they will simply be attracted to it and then join it, it can now regenerate internal wounds said to be deadly, such as destruction complete of your vital organs (does not include heart or head) in an instant, also undo attacks in your mind in a few seconds, including large-scale attacks.

 

Level 81-100: Your six senses cover a radius of 3km from where the offspring is, just as their instinctive movement allows them to react to attacks four times faster than Ymir's descendant instinctively.

 

Level 100-150: Your six senses now cover a radius of 4km from where you are, and your instinctive movement now allows you to react and dodge attacks up to six times faster than your offspring, and they are now able to counteract attack at the speed of the attack used. The regenerative capacity of the semi-primordials is powerful enough to regenerate your body from the destruction of almost every member and organ and undo almost any attack launched against your systems.
